Here's everything you ever needed to know about me (and maybe a little extra).  I've tried to keep this as short and simple as possible, so below you'll basically find a few pictures of me, along with a list of basic information, followed by a list of my favorite things and, finally, at the end you'll find something that I like to call "The Question and Answer Session".  This is a place where you all get the chance to ask me any question you want to know, and I'll post the answer here on this site.  I mean it...any question you want, I'll answer.  I think this could be really fun!  And just as a side note, the pictures on this page were all taken by my friend Kris Kaluza, who needed a 'model' for his photography project.  Not bad, eh (and I'm not talking about the model...I'm talking about the photographer)?

Question/Answer Session

Question: You say you're a klutz.  If so, what's the most embarassing moment you can recall?

Answer: Wow...that's a tough one.  Honestly, I've had so many embarassing moments, from tripping to falling to dropping and running into things, that it's really hard to point to one moment.  But I guess, if I have to choose, the worst moment for me would be when I literally ran into a door at school.

My math teacher always closed the door when the bell rang so she'd know who was tardy by the fact that they had to walk through the door.  Well, I was running late with a friend of mine, and turned to say something to her just as the bell rang and the door shut.  I turned to walk into the classroom, and was met with solid wood instead.  I hit the door so hard my backpack nearly fell off my shoulders, and I created a horrendous thud that had everyone in the classroom whispering and chuckling about as I walked in, my hand over my nose (which took the brunt of the impact).  Needless to say, that was sophomore year, and people are still talking about it now.  Oh, and I still was marked tardy too...darn teachers and their rules...

Question: You consider yourself to be a history buff...so who is your favorite historical figure, and why?

Answer: Hands down, my favorite character in history is Cleopatra.  I read every book I can find about her, as well as anything pertaining to Ancient Egypt in general.  She was the last pharaoh of Egypt, and she was a woman who ruled entirely alone.  I find that a lot of the things she managed to do were brilliant; she was an ingenious politician, which is why a lot of people also called her the queen of seduction...she always knew what to say and when to say it in order to make soemone feel at ease.  She ruled her country fairly, and put it above all else...at least, she did until Marc Antony came into her life.  At that point her judgement became a litlte clouded by love, but that's another story altogether.

Question: Okay, so if Cleopatra is your favorite, then who is your second favorite historical figure?

Answer: Probably Elizabeth I of England, which must mean that I have a thing for female rulers.  But then again, that is something to be admired.  Elizabeth I ruled in a world where women were viewed as nothing more than adornments for a man's arm.  People honestly believed that they were mentally inferior, and that they were not capable of grasping complex scenarios and concepts.  This is why everyone in England was hesitant to have Elizabeth rule alone, and pushed for the first several years of her reign for her to take a husband...but after a while they all grew so accustomed to her that they didn't want her to get married any more, because the idea of any man putting aside their Queen 'Bess was not welcome.  Frankly, she had the perfect combination to be a ruler.  In  her own words, she had "the mind of a woman and the stomach of a man".
